What service does Red Box Junk provide?

Here at Red Box Junk Ltd we provide two man teams to remove any of your unwanted bulky items. We are able to remove any household junk, garden rubbish, garage clearance and unwanted office furniture.

What bulky unwanted waste can you take?

We are able to remove pretty much everything you may have in your home, garage, garden and office. The most common items are: 2, 3, 4 seater sofas, sofa beds, arm chairs, living room furniture, bedroom furniture, garden furniture, boxes of house hold junk, clothes, office desks, filling cabinets and more.


What if I've booked the wrong collection size?

Sometimes your junk size may be larger than your thought. Before our teams make a start on removing your unwanted items we will contact you to let you know the added cost. That said it may be your junk is a smaller load than what you have paid for in which case we will refund you the difference. Remember to send an image of the amount of junk you have either via text or email. You can also send via our website ADD PHOTO

Can you take hazardous materials?

Unfortunately we are unable to remove the following: Asbestos, Chemicals, Batteries, Solvents, Pesticides, Motor Oil. If you are unsure please ask.

What insurance cover do you hold.

Our public liability insurance covers any damage caused to you and your property.

Do you hold a specific licence to carry out the work?

Yes, we are registered with the Environment Agency, licence number CBDU272692

Where do you take my junk?

If we are unable to reuse your unwanted junk by either donating it to a number of charities we then take it to a licensed waste transfer station.

Do I need to be at the property on the day you arrive?

Not at all. As long as we are able to gain complete access. Our office will send you a text confirming our arrival time. Once they have completed the job a second text will be sent showing you an image of your junk removed.
